I suggest that you shut off or remove devices one at a time until you find the culprit. I deleted CIS and my problem instantly evaporated. Anyone have a fix so it dosnt happen again? Thanks for reading this.

Generally, a value of 100/120/200/250 (one of those numbers) is considered to be good, while any values less than those could indicate a decline of some type.
