In my limited experience...hanging at a black screen may also indicate a hardware-recognition problem of some sort. Now, every time I power it on, you can see the Windows loading screen with the little bars at the bottom and then there's a black screen with white text asking Restart. Thank you everyone! iam sure your problem will be solved.
